Shipping policy

Every order is printed for you, then shipped. Here’s how long that takes, what it costs and how tracking works.

Printed to order

We don’t keep a warehouse of finished shirts. When you order, our print partner, Printful, prints your piece, packs it and ships it. Printing takes 2 to 5 business days.

Delivery times

After printing, delivery takes 3 to 5 business days to most US addresses. Business days don’t include weekends or holidays, and carriers can run slower in busy seasons.

Ordering a gift? Add the printing time to the delivery time, then leave a few extra days of margin.

Shipping costs

US orders over $70 ship free. Checkout shows the shipping cost for your address before you pay.

Where we ship

Checkout lists every country we currently ship to. If your country isn’t listed, we can’t deliver there yet.

Orders shipped outside the US may owe import duties or taxes set by the destination country. Unless checkout shows them as included, they’re paid by the person receiving the order.

Tracking

When your order ships, you get an email with a tracking link. An order with a tee and a hat can arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking.

Addresses

Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email hello@unshy.ai right away; we can fix it until your order goes to print. If a package comes back because the address was wrong, we’ll contact you about reshipping.

Lost or damaged packages

If tracking stalls, or it says delivered and nothing arrived, email hello@unshy.ai with your order number. We’ll open a claim with the carrier and Printful and keep you posted.

If your order arrives damaged, we replace it free. Our returns policy explains how.
